Shipping & Returns - Jewellery
- Once you place an order online, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please add firstname.lastname@example.org to you email address book to ensure you receive all order status updates from our team.
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive a second email with your tracking information.
- Complimentary 2-3 day courier shipping is provided across Canada. Territories please allow up to 2 extra days.
- Complimentary courier shipping is provided to the United States. Please note the customer is responsible for any US Customs duties that may be applied at the border.
- For security purposes, we require a signature on all deliveries.
Heinrichs Jewellery provides an exchange or refund within 15 days of delivery, provided merchandise has not been worn, altered , or special-ordered. All returns must be accompanied by your invoice, original box and any other accompanied materials. Return shipping cost will not be refunded.
When processing a return, you must first obtain a Return/Exchange Authorization from a Customer Service representative by calling 1-844-838-1314 (Monday-Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm CST) or email email@example.com.
Please make returns within 15 days of delivery. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by a Customer Service representative. Once the returned merchandise is accepted for return or exchange, your refund or replacement item will be processed within a few business days.
