If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you upon confirmed delivery of the item.

9. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom or made-to-order jewellery

  • Engraved items

  • Worn, altered, or damaged items

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Warranty coverage varies by product.

  • Manufacturing defects may be covered under applicable warranties

  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage are not covered
