Shipping Process

• Once you place an order online, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please add sales@heinrichsjewellery.com to you email address book to ensure you receive all order status updates from our team.
• Once your order has been processed, you will receive a second email with your tracking information.
• Complimentary 2-3 day courier shipping is provided across Canada. Territories please allow up to 2 extra days.
• Complimentary courier shipping is provided to the United States. Please note the customer is responsible for any US Customs duties that may be applied at the border.
• For security purposes, we require a signature on all deliveries.
