Your item will be carefully inspected, securely packaged, and shipped from Heinrichs Jewellery in Saskatoon within 1–2 business days of your order.
Every item is shipped using FedEx Priority®, FedEx Express®, or Purolator Express®, depending on your destination. Every shipment is fully insured while in transit, and a signature is required upon delivery to ensure your purchase arrives safely.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to follow your package every step of the way.
Each item arrives complete with its official manufacturer presentation box, manufacturer warranty card, and all applicable documentation. For added security, every order is shipped inside a plain, unmarked outer box that does not indicate the contents.

We want you to purchase with complete confidence. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Heinrichs Jewellery accepts returns and exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

- Unsized and unaltered
- Free from scratches, marks, or signs of wear
- Returned with the original manufacturer presentation box
- Returned with the manufacturer warranty card
- Returned with all manuals and included accessories
- Accompanied by your original proof of purchase
Before returning your item, please contact Heinrichs Jewellery to obtain a Return Authorization. Returns received without prior authorization may be refused.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a fully insured, trackable shipping service, as the customer is responsible for the item until it has been safely received by Heinrichs Jewellery.
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, typically within 3 business days.
