Before returning your item, please contact Heinrichs Jewellery to obtain a Return Authorization. Returns received without prior authorization may be refused.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a fully insured, trackable shipping service, as the customer is responsible for the item until it has been safely received by Heinrichs Jewellery.
